Not much in terms of photos today, but a lot of miles and states covered. We drove out of South Dakota into Minnesota, and down into Iowa, where we hiked at the Effigy Mounds National Monument. Then we crossed back over the Mississippi into Wisconsin and got to Schaumburg, Illinois on the outskirts of Chicago in the evening. Our trip today really took us back east and now we have time to do some exploring up north.
