On Friday morning the temperature was actually under 70. So, to take advantage of that we headed out for a walk at our usual place, Lake Lynn on the Greenway. We do this often, it is 2.2 miles around, in fact I have done this trail 6 times since the start of the 100 Challenge but I don’t count it because it is not over my threshold of at least three miles. But today, we just did the trail twice.
