Some obligations and a migraine had put me a bit off stride (pun alert) on my plans for the Challenge. So, before we left for Williamsburg on Wednesday, we were off to the North Carolina Museum of Art. There are extensive grounds there and we often do our regular walks of about 2 miles at the park, however, I mapped out an intricate course with very little overlap and we logged 3.7 miles that morning. We were there early that morning but the day was already hot and muggy. Still a good walk and lots of it in shade with couple decent hills that we need to get in shape for our fall travels.
